      Pros

      Great group of people to work with and a manager that really helps when needed and listens to others ideas and opinions. Fun and creative work and is always really great to get out and see the end result when a job is complete.

      Cons

      As in lots of industries there are highs and lows of how busy we are but always have had more than enough to keep busy in my department.
