Pros
Eurest's perks: benefits, paid holidays, vacations, and sick time.
Cons
Downsides are to much over thinking safety. Example: for one task i had to change my gloves 8 times. Also, personal that wrote JSAs created unnecessary hazards by wearing to much PPE. When using a knife to chop produce ect... you had wear 3 sets of gloves. Thing that makes it a hazard is that you could not feel your fingers.
