      Pros

      - Full-time options - Healthcare, sick time, PTO, etc after 90 days - Friendly management - Easy job for the most part - Accommodating with schedules - Free lunch (at my location)

      Cons

      - They’ll hire just about anyone. While most of the people I worked with were great, a couple were completely incompetent - 8 hours on your feet is hard if youre not used to it! - Ungrateful customers (they got free coffee) - Busy office location - While management is friendly, they are disorganized - Bare minimum training

      Pros

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
