      Pros

      They have decent benefits that most other barsita jobs don't offer, like great insurance, PTO, and meal benefits.

      Cons

      The company underbids their contracts, and then makes their inability to make a profit their employees' problem. Constantly understaffed, management is always stressed and this reflects on the work environment.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
