Pros
Aligns well with the company they have a contract with. Fosters a caring and understanding team. Focus on family values. Very clear and concise pathways to move forward, both vertically and horizontally.
Cons
Similar to franchisees, can really depend on what company it's been contracted to work for. Lacked any real transparency, would have last minute changes up to the early morning of the day of implementation. Feels like there is no real direction the company is going towards.
