Unrealistic expectations, they are now a purchasing company that manages food service operations. Constantly asking managers to fudge numbers, hold back invoices for payment to make profits look better. When you are running a well organized operations and you question why labor from other accounts is hitting your P&L you are told not to question it. So how am I suppose to run the account like I own it?? Most of the district and regional managers have no backbone and are a bunch of thieves robbing from the few decent contracts that they have and giving to the lousy deals that they made.
