      Pros

      I was able to work one on one with the chef for most of my workday. Everyone was very friendly and appreciative, including the kids, parents, and employees.

      I wish camp Mack lasted all year round!

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
