Pros
Good benefits, great hours, weekends off, the client and the customers were the best, the fact you can have some leeway with how you cook.
Cons
Management are completely incompetent. You basically sell your soul to people who ultimately nix you because you're too good. The pay isn't worth your time for all the extra you do. Supervisor is a religious zealot.
