Pros

getting two days in a row off.

Cons

The management at the St. Louis location has no clue what they are doing. I was hired as the Cafe Supervisor, within a day they said "Oh, were going to have you be the Culinary Supervisor". This was NOT the position I applied for nor was it the position I was hired for. Furthermore, as the Culinary Supervisor, the only thing the had me doing was working as a short-order cook. If I knew this was going to be the job, I never would have applied for this since I am over qualified for a position such as this. I was also told that this was a full-time, 40 hour position; but I did NOT receive 40 hours every week.

Pros

Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

Cons

Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
