      Entry level, paid holidays and sick time, Monday through Friday, over time available but not mandatory

      Cons

      Did not receive a yearly review or raise for 3 years, management is run by favoritism(I’m sure not every location but unfortunately for mine there was a lot of issues with favoritism)

      Pros

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
