      Awesome company culture and teamwork at the managerial/regional level. Units are highly independent which allows for flexible service models.

      Cons

      Line level employees are often hard to find and perform poorly. Technical Support is sometimes rude, or no help.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
