Treat employees terrible,very unprofessional, could care less about customer service, never have equipment or supplies to get your work done. More interested in how much money they can save to get bigger bonuses for managment, does nothing for emplyees, worries more about stupid issues such as having a drink in your work area and stopping for a useless meeting every day that tell you nothing then getting the product in to make the food and sell to customers then can't figure out why they are not making any sales.
