      Union, benefits are great. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected. Expectations are high, support is low. Great for entry level hospitality job, but definitely not a career path.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
