Pros
The hours of operation at my unit works great around my child's school schedule.
Cons
Workload at times can be overwhelming... Especially if staff is limited. Expectations to complete daily paperwork (and have it turned in by deadline) in addition to tending to customer's needs, daily performance tasks, caterings, and have it all done within reasonable (scheduled) timing.
