Pros

This company offers a great work/life balance, depending on who Eurest is contracted with. We keep current with all food trends, technology & services provided that keep our guests coming back. We are THE BEST at what we do here; food, atmosphere, guest experiences, catering/events & business goals.

Cons

Excessive amounts of additional tasks are given to you on a daily basis on top of your already over loaded plate. Not only are you a manager, you are required to be, without any dispute, able to fill a position or do whatever it is necessary to fill 1 or more positions due to staffing issues. The paperwork, binders, forms, logs etc are becoming excessive to the point of where we are no longer Chefs/Cooks because we have to focus on food safety, great food presentation, kitchen cleanliness, de-cluttering areas in the FOH AND filling out paper work every 30 minutes of the day. There are too many different standards to follow. Too many people in charge, with too many different opinions.

Pros

Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

Cons

Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
