      Pros

      Some clients are great and treat you well--but that's not every client.

      Cons

      Really really really hard work. Long days and although you are not open on weekends, you end up working weekend. No work life balance and no communication within the district.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
