Half of the office is just interns they use to do the job they do not want to do and to save money, and the management in general is a mess

Interesting topics to cover, pan-European network, good stories, some really talented journalists

Bullying between teams and senior management, low pay, long working hours, no real progression, verbal abuse common, Islamaphobic EIC, gag orders on employees going against the editorial line, plagiarism rampant but management allows it to continue, bullying, sexism and racism, burnout common, and unethical behaviour from management and senior newsroom members.
