      It is a very good company which has a good name in ERP Market. Give good competition to other companies. And Provides good opportunities and build up. So, if I am part of this company. It gives me a good knowledge and skills. Which help in my success. And further, I can help the organisation for its growth.

      Allows for more autonomy and flexibility within the company so each department can control their own resources and manage the budget for team projects.
