-purpose driven company, -overall the people are down to earth, genuine - great to work with -middle management truly cares about their teams - tries to balance the company goals with people-first.
Cons
not really cons - there has been a lot of change over the last couple of years but leadership and people are doing their best to continue to make us great. No person or company is perfect, yet I do believe the good intentions and heart are there to make us great.
