Laid back company culture, fun and informal. Great work life balance and friendly management. Freedom to do things in your own way. Company provides technology (phones, tablets, computers) for personal use.
Cons
Projects are on a smaller scale, makes you feel a lack of achievement. Poor software development process (poor coding standards and lack of quality assurance). People swearing loudly throughout the day.
