Whether your experience back then was as positive as we would have intended or not, it's great to hear you're still in touch with some of the team you made friends with. Like all businesses, we've undoubtedly changed a lot over the last few years - indeed, over our 25 year history! We welcome feedback in every form, and especially during the moment, so we can continue to evolve to reflect the needs of our clients and our team. Challenges like diversity are sadly industry wide. But we are extremely proud of the diversity within our team today, and over many years previously, and to the work that is happening within the agency to provide opportunities for all kinds of talent, that truly represent and embrace difference. We are also partnered with several organisations that work in this area, and especially at the entry level to the industry. The more diverse talent we can help to get a leg up in communications, the better the impact for our industry in the future.
