Bad company to work with - Anonymous employee EuMo Employee Review

Work culture is pathetic ,often crazy deadlines are given ,their eyes opens when deadline is near and bosses don't care if you have to work till 12.00 am they just dont care , taxi fare is applicable only after 10.pm that too you suppose to leave by uber only..(if you leave at 9.55 you will not get reimbursement .if you leave at 10.05 they feel you did time pass in office and were waiting for 10.00 pm.) they are planning to remove this taxi reimbursement facility . you are suppose to work like a machine ..you have to be in the office before 10.00 am nobody cares if you have worked till 1.00am last night in the office and how far you stay. you get salary cuts if you are late by 1 min. you dont get anything for overtime... no respect even if you are seating late to meet those crazy deadlines and do the work ..they dont even ask whether you had food (forget about providing you any ..food around the office is damn expensive, you dont get any reimbursement for food even if you seat in office for whole day and whole night) . you and your computer screens are watched all the time with the cameras all around the office and secret software on computer .many general websites are blocked on computers , for them their family is everything and your family has no value.. very limited number of public holidays are given and that too is gone if that falls on Sunday .in 2018 there were only 4 public holidays (and yes you have to work on voting day also..) staff play secret-santa to gift each other. you dont get anything from office except tea and coffee ( that too with too much water in it) if you try to speak to madam for the issue ,you get clear-cut answer "its ' A' EUMO company if you can't work in this environment you are free to take your decision"... just get lost all the good make-up reviews are either written by one old staff or madam's sister..so be careful its a trap.many people have left the organisation in short period bcz of poor work environment..
