Pros

Nothing good to say about them. Low payment, introduced AI, only good when needed in order to help them gain the cash. They forget about you as soon as your project ends.

Cons

Terrible place to work, strict rules and hours of unpaid meetings and trainings coming from beginners. As a trainer, I say you do not pay for their courses. You can gen the exact same quality for way less, directly from trainers with experience you will find online. They forced assessors to be replaced by AI or accept ridiculous rates.

Pros

- they have a professional appearance - the core employees appear to be friendly - they offer teaching materials to trainers - they offer professional training for free

Cons

- as an entry-level trainer, they presented my students with a fictional CV, in order to make me seem more experienced and therefore more trustworthy and professional. They actually motivated it like this. -I was presented with scanned copies of the textbooks (occasionally bad scans) not long before my first course. I asked for help in choosing appropriate lessons, since I didn't have a lot of time to check out the textbooks and was new at teaching adult groups, especially as they were all at different levels of language and in different professional areas. I was told to "choose whatever seemed more appropriate". - my contact in the company encouraged me to send my students a pirated version of an audiobook. That is NOT alright. It's illegal. - low pay
