Thank you so much for the encouraging words. I couldn't agree more that we have a fun and friendly team. Having worked early in my career in tech companies where I was expected to subordinate my life to work, I knew I wanted Etna to be different. Etna Interactive respects that our team has a life outside the office...and an amazing community in which to live it. Thank you for sharing the working part of your life with us! ~Ryan

Pros

Etna Interactive is a place where values truly guide decisions and relationships. Over nearly 11 years, I had the opportunity to grow through multiple roles, each one challenging me in new ways and building on the last. Leadership genuinely cares about the people behind the work, and that shows in the culture, the commitment to continuous learning, and the tight-knit community that exists across departments. The company fosters an environment where collaboration, curiosity, and doing uncommonly good work are deeply valued.

Cons

Compensation was often a point of discussion, and at times felt out of alignment with expectations and the level of responsibility required for certain roles. That said, leadership was generally open to feedback and willing to have those conversations.
