Pros
No pros for contract staff
Cons
This company is full of office politics and favoritism. (MAHB) (TG)
People who constantly make mistakes, don’t know how to do their job properly, and create extra work for others still get their contracts renewed because they are protected by management. Meanwhile, hardworking employees who actually deliver results and keep projects on track are easily discarded the moment management wants to “reduce headcount.”
The funniest part is management keeps showing off company profits during town halls and grand meetings, but employees see nothing from it — no bonus, no appreciation, no proper rewards. Especially for contract staff, you are treated like a temporary tool that can be thrown away anytime regardless of your performance.
Workloads keep increasing, timelines become more unrealistic, and fewer people are expected to handle everything while management pretends everything is fine.
Performance clearly does not matter here. Politics matters more.
Would not recommend this company to any contract staff unless you enjoy unstable job security, poor recognition, and toxic workplace culture.
