Very people-centric company. Good work does not go un-noticed. Lapses are not missed as well. The team is self-driven to learn new things in technology. A great mix of subject matter experts, creative designers, Digtal stretegists and technology experts with something new .
Cons
Not a con really, but you may need to wear multiple hats based on the required task. That surely can be a challenge, which takes you to the next level of leadership
