      Pros

      Very collegial and casual, while also using the latest and best development techniques. The employees used both Mac and PC workstations, at their choice mostly. The office was an open space in a cool, old building. Procedures were always evolving and mostly informal, except with regard to technical issues, like file versioning and quality control, which were formalized.

      Cons

      Small organization, so not a large amount of opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Management is easy to work with and willing to support their employees. All coworkers are extremely helpful and have the desire to see one another succeed.

      Cons

      I do not have anything to report as they are a wonderful organization and so easy to work for.

      1. Team with great work ethic and high energy. Supportive and caring individuals. 2. Open, laid back environment in Center City, Philadelphia 3. Any process problems are discussed and addressed fairly quickly. Management team listens and provides solutions. 4. Awesome, feature-packed product with care towards clients 5. Ability to wear multiple hats and expand learning when time allows- LinkedIn Learning classes available, lunch and learn meetings, opportunities to go to different Drupal / Tech conferences

      Cons

      Lack of upper mobility, but using open source software allows for a discussion of future growth and more opportunities,
