      Pros

      It is new with a culture that is so different from the other BPOs that I have worked for in the last 17 years. When they say that it's management has an open door policy, it means that you can talk to the COO directly. I have been with the company for almost 3 months and I was just promoted. Other companies require a tenure of at least 6 months!

      I cannot think of any.

      Pros

      Amazing team. Things have improved since the interim CEO has taken over. She is very visible and takes our chats. The former CEO, he was ok but really never around.

      Nothing major - maybe have more fun contests.
