Love it - Warehouse Manager Ethika Employee Review

Working at Ethika as a Graphic Designer was an amazing experience. The culture was creative and supportive, with awesome perks like an onsite gym, catered lunches, music studio, and a cool office environment. I truly loved being part of the brand.

I wish the schedule was more hybrid rather than fully in-office.

Don’t believe any of the good reviews, their HR department and chief of staff are likely asking employees to write good reviews like they have done in the past to try and cover up some of the HONEST bad reviews. This company is the most toxic and terrible place you could ever work. They treat employees like trash. The ceo and his chief of staff he has running the company are two of the worst people you will ever encounter. They have no clue how to run a company, don’t know how to treat employees with even an ounce of respect, the company is failing and has zero direction and everyone is constantly wondering what is even going on or what is expected. They will get rid of your entire department with zero notice and expect you to pick up the pieces and manage everything with zero support and when you can’t manage it, or don’t know how to do it since it was never in your job description and they give you zero support, they will lay you off and put the work on someone else. This place is truly a disgrace and I highly recommend you run for the hills and don’t work for this company just because it’s a “cool” brand. It’s not cool anymore, the designs are terrible and the company is becoming irrelevant. You won’t be paid well, you won’t be promoted, you’ll end up laid off or fired like the 100+ other employees over the last year.
