Pros

Great pay, benefits are super expensive

Cons

The only way you will survive working for this company is to lose all morals and do what they say. If you have ever worked for a legitimate company with proper policies and procedures, you would immediately know this company is a fraud. They give raises to the people they favor and promote unqualified individuals. The Credentialing Coordinator was promoted to HR Director with no relevant degree....problem #1!!!

Pros

The facility was nice, newish building

Cons

Gave gift card for Christmas present to all employees ($25) and on the next pay cycle, took it back but taxed us for it anyway. Also in past 5 years never gave a raise. Staffing was terrible so everyone had to do loads of overtime. Also no warning when they closed the hospital.

Pros

Pay was ok, although they didn't take my years of experience in consideration. Nurses who worked less than me got the same pay. Another pro is the doctors. They don't mind being called and respect nurses and are highly competent, compared to other doctors I've worked with at other hospitals.

Cons

Corruptions starts from the top and unfortunately filters down to the staff who are over worked while management sits in their office all day not helping and doesn't want to hear problems. They are quick to point out staff shortcomings(due to understaffing)without giving staff the help they need to give quality care that they expected. It's a scary place to work because management isn't available and don't care. People put in management are put there based on who they know rather than who is qualified. Cliques in management is a recipe for disaster. Census drops are frequent as is staff turnover and they don't care if you lose hours.
