Pros

Great people with exception to their Co-CEO, CTO, CPO, CSO (yes it’s the same person).

Cons

Unless you thrive when the company leader is consistently bullying and berating you, then I would suggest you rethink working for this company.

We don't have a record of this position and tenure departing the company recently, so question whether this unverified review is disingenuously targeting our company. But if you are truly alleging bullying by a leader in our company we take that very seriously, and every employee has any of several options to report wrongdoing safely, anonymously, and to several different parties as they feel most comfortable (in-person, online, via phone, etc.). If you truly worked here and experienced this, you're encouraged to report it through your Exit Interview so our compliance team can take proper action.

Pros

The co-CEOs Nick and Gio are incredible and care a ton not just about us professionally but personally as well. This is a sales environment(sales is sales its not easy), its tough but makes it easier when your working with leaders that run with you.

Cons

I don't have to much to add from a con perspective. If you take a 30k foot view, this is an organization if you do the work and put forth effort it should workout.

Pros

friendly coworkers and the occasional free lunch

Cons

Hotline management was very unprofessional in how they spoke. The raise you receive after hitting insane metrics consistently is 50 cents, and you don’t move up from there. You receive 50 calls a day regarding customers family being abused, or neglected within hospital locations, so YOU are getting yelled at for serious issues. It’s depressing and you’re paid $18/hr with no ability to move up. It’s a paycheck if you need it, but i’d rather be unemployed than work there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate hearing about employee experiences, even when they are difficult to read. Working at an Ethics and Compliance Hotline is emotionally demanding, and we recognize that team members often interact with callers who are frustrated, distressed, or dealing with very serious situations. That work is not easy, and we acknowledge the weight that comes with supporting individuals in those moments. We strive to be transparent throughout our hiring process about the realities of the role — from the job description to interviews and training — including call volume, the nature of the concerns reported, and performance expectations. Our intention is always to ensure candidates and new hires have a clear understanding of the position before joining the team. That said, we take concerns about management interactions, growth opportunities, and compensation seriously. Feedback like this is reviewed internally and helps inform ongoing conversations about how we can continue to support, develop, and recognize our employees in meaningful ways. We wish you the best in your next role and appreciate you sharing your perspective.
