A challenging but rewarding experience - Head of User Success Ethical Angel Employee Review

I found Ethical Angel a very welcoming and exciting company to work with. At Ethical Angel, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, able to always think outside the box and not be afraid to try different things - which I very much enjoyed and is not something you often find in a standard corporate job. As Ethical Angel is still a young startup, you are more autonomous in your way of working and have more responsibly to achieve positive outcomes- I find this has developed my confidence and helped me be more expressive and outgoing. The team is very inclusive and always welcomes new ideas and different opinions. I was a recent graduate when joining Ethical Angel and have now left with really great work experiences and many valuable skills that I wouldn't of learned as quickly anywhere else.

I didn't particularly like the office space when I first joined however Ethical Angel has plans to move to a new space -which will be much better!

My time at Ethical Angel has been an incredibly rewarding and exciting experience. It has a hardworking yet supportive culture where creative flair is encouraged. If you get the opportunity to work in this company, I would thoroughly recommend it!

As with everyone, working from home has not been ideal, it would've been more enjoyable to be with the team in the office. I'm hoping this will be a reality in 2022.
