      Im honestly not sure. Wasnt a horrible job, just an horrible expertise. I was hired about 2 - 3 weeks before our CEO quit. Funding went missing, then the company was "raided" by the Feds

      Cons

      It was honestly poor Management overall. Thats not necessarily a knock on the people who were in charge of management, maybe they were faced with an unfamiliar predicament and didnt know the best way to approach it. But overall poor handling on all parties involved.

      Pros

      This company offers an amazing work and life balance structure. Management and CEO show their true care for you as a person and a employee. The values and career opportunity that lies within this company is beyond amazing if you are looking for growth. Great pay and lots of traveling.

      ESI is a startup company so sometimes you have to work long hours.

      Healthcare, despite being a small company Good Pay A crazy amount of holidays, PTO, and sick days, compared to other corporate jobs Task Independence - allowed and expected to complete your tasks without micromanagement Great product - I don't feel like I have to convince anyone that the product is good Startup- ground floor means opportunity for advancement is easily attainable if you put in the effort and you know your worth every day I've never found myself not wanting to work

      Startup - ground floor means there's a lot of work to be done and you will often find yourself working late to complete it
