In the beginning, the company's culture was great, you had a great chance of growing your career and they focused on delivering great products.
Cons
After a while, and mostly after the pandemic, the culture changed and they switched to practices just like any other software factory, not caring for their employees, delivering fast, and not caring about code and the practices they preached in the past.
