      Good pay for the area, steady hours, advancement opportunities, training, incentives for working, options to work in other parts of the job.

      Cons

      Sometimes confusing who exactly you needed to talk to about time off, no perks for part time employees no medical unless you are full time. Sometimes it's hard to get actual answers.
