      Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      High attrition. Burn and churn culture. The company is run by inexperienced 22 year olds, and the industry veterans they hired to babysit are checked out. Expect to work nights and weekends always. Don't be fooled by the generous equity, it will never vest. Nobody makes it to their one year cliff.
