      Pros

      Reasonably friendly working environment, a decent amount of support on the corporate level- but more so for the sales/consultant end and less so for product development end.

      Cons

      No room for growth- no promotions and very little in terms of pay raises/bonuses. Not a lot of staff, everyone is spread very thin. Very little leadership and management support. Hours can be long.

      Great company to work with. Fashion collections and designs were amazing. Compensation plans average and opportunity to earn was tremendous

      Work from home and on your own time. Sales tools available to promote your business. Earning potential can be great.

      Cons

      Availability of items in the line is not always the best. The later in the season one sells, the longer shoppers may have to wait for their orders.
