Pretty flexible, but thats probably because there is no organization. The building that we work in is pretty decent too, but thats about it

Honestly, everything. The biggest issue is the “executive team.” They are all extremely dishonest and never follow through on commitments. I can honestly say that I have never had a conversation with ANYONE on the executive team that ended in with an outcome they had promised. Its so bad. They will lie to your face. My paychecks were never right. I had to check and nag them to pay my full amount EVERY PAYCHECK. I was not in sales here, but have done sales in the past. They preach they need more sales, but they treated the sales team so poorly that literally none of the sales guys are here anymore. The turnover is awful. How can you generate new revenue when you consistently back stab and undercut the people who sell for you? I think they have like 3 sales guys now and they all work remotely all over the country. There is not organization and now communication. Every man for himself. I dont think we have ever tried to improve things for the customer. Its always for us. I feel like we are playing catch up all the time. Flat out, its a bad place to work.
