Pros
The starting wage for dock workers...that's honestly all I can say unfortunately.
Cons
Miserable manager, and dock supervisors treat employees with no respect, scream and cuss them out for petty reasons. So much favoritism, advancement is not earned through hard work, but by being best buds with supervisors, no matter how obviously better you are at production. I honestly felt like somebody was taking my production signatures, and erasing them. My hard work was never acknowledged. Poor terminal condition, very poor work equipment.
