      1. Employees that the management team is not communicating effectively with them. 2. Single person rule. 3. 6 months probation period with no leaves. 4. Poor decision making from management.

      Pros

      It's been an utter privilege working with such an amazing panel of experts in the oil and gas industry. An unmatchable learning environment that I have ever come across since I started working. Great culture for a regularly rising company. Constant motivation provided towards what an employee wants to do rather than exploiting what they can offer.

      Cons

      Yet to experience one its just the start what I was looking for.
