      Good people to work with. People environment is positive and there is room to advance. Many facets of the company to grow in.

      Cons

      Industry is consolidating. Companies are merging but construction and materials industry will be needed. Industry does not move that quickly.

      Essroc's compensation was fair and their benefits were average for the materials segment of industry.

      Cons

      Management was biased and lacked diversity. Very few minorities in the middle to upper management.
