      Pros

      Industry leader. Employees are not micro-managed by upper management. Enjoy coworkers and office atmosphere. Feel like it's extension of my family. Fair treatment and pay.

      Cons

      Lower management not qualified to guide hourly employees in career development and they abuse time off policy since they aren't required to clock in and out. Upper management is rarely onsite to observe this abuse.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
