      401K plan was very good!

      Cons

      Because the labs operate like franchise owners, the human resource violations are abundant! So many sexual harassment, bullying and hostile workplace complaints, it was incredibly toxic. HR and other managers would explain the bad behavior away by saying, "you're just not used to small business environment". With such good and loyal employees, it was so unfortunate that they could not be mentored more positively.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
