      Strong Mission driven organization, Flexibility to create your own things since lack of structure

      Cons

      Lack of any global tools and process creates a lack of clarity and feeling of being treated unfair. Strong bias for French people to be promoted. Lack of focus on Diversity and Inclusion (new people get rejected) Lots of politics on global level

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
