      great compensation and benefits all expenses are covered; phone, computer, office, meals, travel, mileage, etc industry leader quality products and technology

      Cons

      confusing corporate structure on-board training program basically ignored by management really need to be LDO to succeed webinars every week, most announced last-minute very complicated pricing complicated technology

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
