      Pros

      Good opportunity for lots overtime. Great people to work with. Management is easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend this place.

      Over the time I have been with the company I have seen very little opportunity for people to advance in the company.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
