Good hours, pay, and working environment.

There were no cons during my experience.

98% of people hired in this company are amazing people. Managers are great, and everyone is helping each other. It's a very healthy environment to work in. It's also very very flexible (remote working, sick days etc.) Being a start-up, it's easier to move between departments than in a big company.

Salary is not super high (startup...)
