Pros
None come to mind, other than a 401K
Cons
Severely micromanages every aspect of your daily routine.
PTO is below average.
Most employees are hourly, with NO overtime allowed.
Very rigid about working set hours with no flexibility for normal life.
Remote employees cannot even actually work remotely. Can only work from your home office, on a PC, after clocking in with a selfie.
Poor training structure with loose guidelines, yet immediate expectations.
This company is just churning and burning through employees by buying out small firms, and then throwing those employees right into the trenches. Training is fast and loose, as are the 'policy and procedures.'
Owners literally expect each employee to complete a pre-determined number of tasks/components each day, regardless of experience or any other factors. This company is merely looking for the most monkeys they can employ to crunch out the most components each day for the least cost, with zero regard for accuracy or consistency.
