Pros

I was able to learn vital management skills, sales techniques, and marketing strategies. Essential Innovations allows focused, driven professionals to begin a successful career. Highly involved management allowed me to work in different departments to gain experience in areas I was interested in. The positive environment made for one of, if not, the most enjoyable work experiences I've ever had.

Cons

High turnover rate- the job, office environment, and compensation, is not for everyone. It requires extremely motivated people. Compensation- Income is generated over the course of multiple weeks, money is not necessarily made and accrued quickly. Hours- not a 9-5 type job, one's schedule is based on the accomplishment of their goals.

Pros

On a daily basis you get to learn a lot of new information, which keeps you busy, but interested in this job. So make sure you take a lot of notes! The staff is very friendly and always there for you to help, no matter what's your position, everybody treat each other equally. Also FUN, another important aspect of this company. The atmosphere in the office is always surrounded with laugh and positivity.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily call it a "con", but this job takes a lot of hard work. Work ethic is the biggest priority, like in any other company. Competition is always a challenge, however if you are willing to work hard, you will get awarded for it.
