      Somewhat competitive pay for the areas. If you are unqualified and need an entry level job in ABA, they’ll take anyone with a heartbeat.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace where harassment goes unchecked and favoritism/nepotism is the rule not the exception. Client abuse is prevalent and unchecked, even after reports. A CEO who perpetuates the toxic culture. No HR so they blame employees for HR mistakes.
